To be much more precise concerning what we expect from our body, to develop correct postures, avoid injuries, self-correct and adapt
To practice in security to avoid circulation, cardiac or articular issues
To balance the bone structure and thus our emotions, our energy, etc…
To understand our limits, work within the latter and thus start healing
